2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery times:
Local Shipping (Within Singapore/Philippines)

Standard Shipping: Singapore: 1-3 business days (Lalamove, Ninjavan, J&T)

Philippines: Metro Manila: 1- 3 business days, Outside Metro Manila: depending on the Logistics Provider (Lalamove, LBC, Ninjavan, J&T)
International Shipping
