Thank you for shopping with Nathan & Emma! We are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Within Singapore and Philippines

  • International Orders – Selected countries worldwide (United States, Canada, Malaysia)

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery times:

Local Shipping (Within Singapore/Philippines)

  • Standard Shipping: Singapore: 1-3 business days  (Lalamove, Ninjavan, J&T)

  • Philippines: Metro Manila: 1- 3 business days, Outside Metro Manila:  depending on the Logistics Provider (Lalamove, LBC, Ninjavan, J&T)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: via Fedex

  • Express International: via Fedex

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which vary by country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs.

  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

5. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order through the assigned shipping provider.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at operations@leverex.net.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
